5 Keys to Finding Storage In College Station

Keys To Storage In College StationIf you want to store your belongings in a storage unit in College Station, there are 5 things you need to consider.

#1 – Access
Will you be able to access your stuff 24/7? Nothing is worse than having to wait until “business hours” to get to your belongings! You need your things when you need them. So choose a storage facility that gives you unlimited access.

#2 – Convenience
Thankfully, you have options when choosing storage in College Station. And convenience should be one of them. Make sure you can pay your rent online. Who wants to go to the office every month to pay rent? What a pain! Even if you don’t have internet, you can go to the local library to pay your bill online.

#3 – Security
Will your belongings be safe? This is one of the biggest factors when choosing College Station storage. Make sure there is 24-hour video surveillance of the property to deter break-ins. A College Station storage facility that really cares for its customers will provide a high security lock free of charge – so you can have peace of mind.

#4 – Management
Did you know that most storage facilities have absentee land lords? So, when you have a problem…who are you going to call? Make sure your self-storage facility has on-site management with real office hours so you will have a person to talk with face to face if the need arises.

#5 – Price
It shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg to rent a storage unit in College Station. In fact, you should be paying less than $70 for a 10 x 10 unit. Anymore than that and you are getting ripped off! And save yourself some hassle – only deal with storage facilities that put their prices right on their website.

  1. Storage security is about discouraging criminals. When you create an environment where a criminal does not feel comfortable and where there are not easy units to get into you have a great environment for security. That’s what I get at ATB, and I appreciate there not being a gate it’s easier to get my big trailer in and out. Plus the aisles really are wide.
